Method
- Place chicken in crockpot
- Add chicken broth, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Top with cream cheese and heavy cream
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours
- Shred chicken using two forks
- Stir in parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy
- Cook for another 10–15 minutes until thickened
- Serve warm and enjoy
Notes
- Do not boil after adding cheese to keep the sauce smooth
- Use chicken thighs for extra richness
- Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
- Serve with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice
