Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 8–10 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and bell pepper and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Mix in diced ham and paprika.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cook for 3–4 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture.
  9. Cover skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Chop the cauliflower into small pieces for faster cooking.
  • Add a fried egg on top for a complete breakfast.
  • Use mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor twist.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
