Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Mix in diced ham and paprika.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Cook for 3–4 minutes until everything is heated through.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture.
Cover skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
