Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked pasta penne or rotini
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in Alfredo sauce and heavy cream and heat gently.
  5. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and diced chicken.
  7. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  10. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Add steamed broccoli for extra texture and nutrition.
  • Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden crust.
  • Let the casserole rest 5 minutes before serving.
