Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth
  3. Add coconut oil and almond milk and mix well
  4. Stir in coconut flour, baking powder, and salt
  5. Mix until a thick batter forms
  6. Pour batter into a greased or lined loaf pan
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set
  8. Let cool completely before slicing
