Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Keto Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g – Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp – Butter
  • 4 cloves – Garlic minced
  • 1 cup – Heavy cream
  • ¾ cup – Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup – Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp – Salt
  • ¼ tsp – Black pepper
  • 1 tsp – Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp – Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Return shrimp to the pan and coat with the cheesy sauce.
  8. Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother sauce.
  • Don’t overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Adjust thickness by adding a splash of cream if needed.
  • Serve with low-carb pasta or vegetables.
