Cheesy Garlic Keto Bread Recipe

This warm and cheesy keto garlic bread is packed with melted cheese, buttery garlic flavor, and a soft low-carb base. It’s the perfect side dish for soups, casseroles, or pasta-style keto meals. Quick to prepare and baked until golden, it’s irresistibly gooey and satisfying without the carbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth
  3. Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  4. Stir until dough forms
  5. Press dough into a lined baking tray
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic and Italian seasoning
  7. Brush garlic butter over dough evenly
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly
  10. Garnish with parsley and slice before serving

Notes

  • Use freshly minced garlic for stronger flavor
  • Don’t overbake, or the bread may become dry
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy version
  • Best served warm and fresh from the oven
