- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth
- Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt
- Stir until dough forms
- Press dough into a lined baking tray
- Mix melted butter with garlic and Italian seasoning
- Brush garlic butter over dough evenly
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Garnish with parsley and slice before serving
Notes
- Use freshly minced garlic for stronger flavor
- Don’t overbake, or the bread may become dry
- Add chili flakes for a spicy version
- Best served warm and fresh from the oven
