- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, mozzarella, and salt
- Gently fold egg white mixture into yolk mixture
- Spoon mixture onto tray into small rounds
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden
- Let cool slightly before serving
