Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and garlic powder
- Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture
- Spoon mixture into rounds on the tray
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set
- Let cool before serving

- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking
- Best eaten fresh for fluffy texture
