Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray
  2. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and garlic powder
  4. Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture
  5. Spoon mixture into rounds on the tray
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set
  7. Let cool before serving

Notes

  • Fold gently to keep the bread airy
  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • Best eaten fresh for fluffy texture
  • Store in the fridge and reheat lightly
  • Great for keto sandwiches or snacks
