- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla
- Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture
- Carefully fold in blueberries
- Spoon mixture into small rounds on the tray
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set
- Cool before serving
