- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly dough forms.
- Press half of the mixture firmly into the pan as the base.
- In another bowl, mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Spread the berry mixture evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Use frozen berries without thawing to avoid excess moisture.
- Let bars cool fully for clean slices.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
