Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced or mashed
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. In a bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter
  3. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips
  4. Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing
  7. Serve warm and enjoy
