Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
- In a bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter
- Fold in bananas and chocolate chips
- Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden
- Let cool slightly before slicing
- Serve warm and enjoy
