Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla
- Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt and mix well
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set but still fudgy inside
- Let cool before cutting into squares
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy
- Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness
- Add nuts for extra crunch
- Store in an airtight container
- Best enjoyed slightly warm
