Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla
- Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool before slicing and serving
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for natural sweetness
- Do not overmix the batter for a soft texture
- Add nuts for extra crunch
- Store covered at room temperature or refrigerate
- Great for breakfast or dessert
