- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease and line a loaf pan
- In a bowl, mash avocado until smooth
- Add eggs, olive oil, almond milk, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar
- Mix until well combined
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
- Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and golden
- Let cool completely before slicing
Notes
- Use ripe avocado for the best texture and flavor
- Do not overmix to keep bread soft
- Store in fridge for up to 4–5 days
