Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
- In another bowl, whisk oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients into wet mixture and mix until combined
- Stir in diced apples and milk
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool before slicing and serving
Notes
- Use fresh, sweet apples like Fuji or Gala for the best flavor
- Add chopped nuts for extra crunch
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking for a sweet crust
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
