Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth
  3. Add melted butter and almond milk and mix well
  4. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  5. Add apple cider vinegar and mix until batter is smooth
  6. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown
  8. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Use fine almond flour for the best texture
  • Let bread cool fully to avoid crumbling
  • Store in the fridge for longer freshness
