- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt
- Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture
- Scoop batter onto a lined baking tray in small rounds
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set
- Let cool before serving
Notes
- Do not overmix to keep the bread fluffy
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
- Toast lightly for a firmer texture
