  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning for herb chicken
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce for wings
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (for honey garlic version)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko for crispy tenders
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. For crispy version, coat chicken with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  5. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 18–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. For buffalo style, toss cooked chicken in buffalo sauce.
  9. For honey garlic style, mix honey and minced garlic and brush over chicken in last 3 minutes of cooking.
  10. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
