- Add eggs, cream cheese, and baking powder to a blender
- Blend until smooth batter forms
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat
- Pour small amounts of batter into the pan
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings
