Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Add eggs, cream cheese, and baking powder to a blender
  2. Blend until smooth batter forms
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat
  4. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip
  6. Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings

Notes
