Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk optional for blending
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter optional
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or chocolate chips optional topping

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas and slice them into small rounds.
  2. Place banana slices in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  3. Add frozen banana slices to a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until bananas break down into a thick creamy texture.
  5. Add vanilla extract and a small splash of milk if needed.
  6. Continue blending until smooth and ice-cream-like.
  7. Mix in peanut butter or cocoa powder if desired.
  8. Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Add strawberries or mango for fruity variations.
  • Sprinkle nuts, coconut flakes, or chocolate chips on top.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 days.
